Foundation Level:
This is the entry level qualification which explains the key elements, concepts and terminologies in the ITIL Lifecycle; this is an introductory course towards the lifecycle stages.
Practitioner Level:
The ITIL® Practitioner certification offers practical guidance on how to adopt and adapt the ITIL framework to support your business’ objectives.
It is the next step after ITIL Foundation for professionals who have already learned the basics of IT Service Management (ITSM).
It is the recent addition in the certification; it doesn’t replace any existing ITIL® Qualification
Intermediate Level:
The Intermediate level is the next after the Foundation Level, It has different modules providing different focus on ITSM, and candidates can choose as many intermediate qualifications as needed.
Intermediate level is again sub divided into two main categories mentioned below:
Service Lifecycle: These modules are relevant to professionals who have or looking for managerial roles within organizations.
